How to Use the MCOC Roster Tracker
Building a strong Marvel Contest of Champions roster means knowing exactly which champions to rank up, which ones to awaken, and which ones simply aren't worth the resources. The MCOC Roster Tracker takes the guesswork out of that decision. mark the champions you own, and get a personalized rank-up plan built from our tier list data.
Step 1: Select Your Champions
Use the class tabs (Science, Skill, Mutant, Tech, Cosmic, Mystic) or the search bar to find any champion. Tap a champion's card to mark it as owned. a checkmark will appear, and two dropdowns will show up so you can set your current Rank and whether the champion is Awakened.
Step 2: Watch Your Selected Champs List Grow
Just below the champion grid, the Selected Champs section updates instantly as you tap champions. No need to scroll or refresh. It's a quick way to double-check your picks before generating your plan.
Step 3: Get Your Rank-Up Plan
Once you've added your champions, tap "Best champs to Rank-up." The tool instantly builds two separate plans:
⚔️ Attack Plan - based on offensive tier rankings, ideal for Alliance War Attack, Battlegrounds Attack, Personal progress, Story Quests, and Special Quest.
🛡️ Defense Plan - based on defensive tier rankings, ideal for Alliance War placement and Battlegrounds.
Each suggestion tells you the recommended rank, whether the champion needs awakening, and a short explanation of why. If a champion is genuinely weak for that role, the tool will flag it with a "Skip" warning instead of recommending you waste resources on it.
Step 4: Check Your Roster Power Score
At the top of the page, your Roster Power Score reflects how close your selected champions are to their recommended ranks. The higher the score, the more optimized your roster. The progress bar shows exactly what percentage of your roster is already at its ideal rank.
Step 5: Save and Share Your Roster Card
Tap "Save & Share My Roster Card" to generate a shareable image of your Power Score, stats, and top rank-up suggestions. perfect for your alliance chat or Discord.
Your Roster Is Saved Automatically
Everything you select is saved directly in your own browser. If you come back to this page later on the same browser and device, your entire roster. including ranks and awakened status will load automatically. There's nothing to re-select, and nothing is ever sent to a server; your data stays private to your device.
Note: Rank-up and awaken recommendations are based on our regularly updated tier list. If a champion doesn't appear in one of the plans, it usually means that champion isn't rated for that particular role (attack or defense) in the current tier list.
